I was an idiot and forgot my headlamp so I had to make my way out with nothing but the light from my cell phone... until it died anyway! Long story short, I survived and I got some neat pictures from it, so it was totally worth it!
Autumn in a cypress dome swamp during golden hour. Cypress trees drop their needles in the winter. The needles turn a brownish-red color before dropping and when they fall in tannin-stained water like this, it exaggerates the red to give a beautiful scene like this.
