This dragonfly fell victim to the sticky tendrils of a sundew, a carnivorous plant. This dragonfly will slowly decay and the plant will absorb its nutrients.

So I found this spider yesterday that looks like it has a cat's face on its abdomen. Crazy! I think this is either an odd-looking Neoscona crucifera or a melanistic Neoscona domiciliorum. Found in a cypress dome swamp in Orange County, Florida.
