Bladderwort (Utricularia sp., inflata or floridana?) is an aquatic carnivorous plant. You can sort of see in the second photo the "bladders" trailing behind the plant. These actually allow them to float on the water surface. They are also their means of carnivory. Organisms are lured to the bladders with a sweet scent, and when trigger hairs on the bladder are brushed, a "trap door" opens and a vacuum force pulls the prey inside to be digested.
